Position - Inbound Insurance Sales Executive x 10
Location - Glasgow City Centre
Salary - £14500 progressing to £16500
Hours - Flexible between 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday
1 Saturday per month, 9am -12.30pm
Bonus - OTE 25%

Qualifications:
YOU MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF - 5 standard grades/GCSE's (or equivalent), including English and Maths at grade 3/C or above - THIS IS NOT NEGOTIABLE
Experience:
Telephone sales experience within a financial / insurance based contact centre would be advantageous.

Position - Customer Services Executive

I need a fantastic customer services consultant, the type that knows the ins and outs of call ownership and has the ability to handle calls first time without the need to pass on.

Your future employers Customer Service Department is responsible for providing after-sales care for their existing insurance customers. Predominately an inbound call environment, their objective is to provide a ‘one-stop-shop' service for their customers. You are encouraged to spend as long as is needed to resolve the customer's enquiry and to ensure they have the appropriate insurance cover for their needs. This approach has helped maintain customer retention rates close to 90% as well as staff attrition to below 4%. You will deal with a wide range of different types of enquiries, including giving general advice, making alterations to existing policies and taking payments.
The department is split into teams of no more than 10 Customer Service Associates who are supported by a Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader. The department also has a Department Coach who is responsible for delivering group training and any individual coaching needs to help you achieve your goals and support you during your induction program.
There are no call length targets. Instead you'll find the quality product portfolio and unique tailored approach means their customers actually want to talk to you.
You will be offered competitive starting salaries, comprehensive training programmes and regular team and company incentives. If you work in a client-facing role then you also have the potential to earn up to 25% monthly performance bonus. There's also a contributory pension scheme.
