Responsibilities include:
- Manage and develop new and existing business relationships with clients
- Developing candidate generation strategies
- Advertising & marketing via all media avenues
- Searching databases to match candidates to client’s requirements accurately
- Screening and interviewing candidates
- Skills testing and evaluation of candidates
- Managing candidate and client expectations through the recruitment process
- Meeting with clients to discuss requirements and develop relationships
- Marketing candidates to clients
- Lead generation
- Increasing revenue and cross selling the Change brand
- Strong emphasis upon new business development
